![]() Just spent nearly two hours trying to create a calendar to discover that despite registering and pressing save regularly, the web site has not saved 90% of my creation or uploads. It is disappointing that after having given guidance on designing the order and issuing a full refund of the order as a customer service gesture we are viewed as poor customer service. As a customer service gesture we refunded the order in full immediately to allow a new amended order to be placed. We understand a mistake had been made with how the design was created and the quality of some of the images used for the design and then approved for print. At Pixaprints we strive to assist regardless of how an issue arises as our aim is to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. ![]() We agree any company that does not help with an issue can be viewed as having poor customer service. Any images that are not adjusted or poor quality images that are used and approved for print, will go from your account directly to the automated print system as an approved design. Before we allow the order to move to the checkout stage we require the design to be checked and approval to be given that all is correct as shown onscreen for print. The cropping tool on the design template can be used to adjust any images that need adjusting. When an order is created using the original sized images to a sized template in this case 6x4 prints some images may need adjusting to include all of the subject matter.
